- Event details: event type, date, location, budget range, and any message or requirements you share.
- Technical data: with your consent, basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, to improve our website.
- Cookie data: a preference cookie that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies load only if you accept.
We do not collect sensitive financial data through this website. Payments, if any, are handled offline or via separate secure channels.
3. Why we use your data (Purpose)
The DPDP Act requires purpose specification. We use your data only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange your photography session.
- Prepare quotes and confirm bookings.
- Deliver your photos and communicate about your project.
- Improve our website (only with your analytics consent).
We process your data based on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and for the specified legitimate purpose of fulfilling the service you request.
4. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

- Request erasure (deletion) of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

- We limit access to your data to our founders only.

- Form submissions are handled via Web3Forms (a third-party form service) which transmits your enquiry to our email.

- Web3Forms — to deliver your form submissions to our email.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) — anonymous website usage statistics.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, as required by the DPDP Act. For baby/newborn photography, bookings are made by parents or guardians who consent on the child’s behalf.
