These terms apply when you book Eagles Photography for any photography service. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the date, scope and package in writing and received any required advance. Until then, dates are held on a first-come basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Payments
An advance is required to reserve your date, with the balance due as agreed before final delivery. Prices quoted are inclusive of the services described and exclude any optional add-ons unless stated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability. Advance payments are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be applied to a rescheduled shoot.
Travel
We travel across Tamil Nadu for shoots. Travel and accommodation charges may apply for locations beyond 50km from Komarapalayam and will be communicated before confirmation.
Deliverables & Timeline
Edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery, typically within 7 business days of the shoot unless a different timeline is agreed. The number of edited images depends on your chosen package.
Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Eagles Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client usage rights are defined in the booking agreement. On full payment, you receive a personal-use license to print and share your photographs. We retain the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website and social media, unless you have requested privacy in writing.
Client Cooperation
Beautiful results are a partnership. We ask that clients share timelines, key moments and any special requirements in advance, and help us with reasonable access and cooperation on the shoot day.
Liability
We bring professional backup equipment to every shoot. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, such as extreme weather, illness or government restrictions. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect and use your data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
